Growth, engineered for capital markets.

Who it is for

Every kind of firm that keeps markets moving.

Boutique or global institution, the problem is the same: the right people are hard to reach, and every word you send is regulated. Capitalyst starts from the segment you are in.

  • 01
    Investor relations

    Listed and pre-IPO companies

    The growth problem
Investor attention is scarce, and between results the story goes quiet. Every update has to respect Reg FD and quiet periods.
    What Capitalyst does
Builds target lists of funds and analysts from public holdings filings, drafts investor updates in your approved voice, and holds each one for sign-off.
  • 02
    Distribution

    Broker-dealers

    The growth problem
Accounts and issuer mandates come from relationships that take months, and FINRA Rule 2210 governs every communication.
    What Capitalyst does
Finds issuers raising capital from Form D and registration filings, runs a sequence for each segment, and can route every message through your principal for approval.
  • 03
    Advisory growth

    Wealth and asset managers, RIAs

    The growth problem
Referrals plateau, and the SEC Marketing Rule limits what can be said about performance.
    What Capitalyst does
Drafts educational content and outreach without performance claims, stops the phrases your compliance team blocks, and keeps a record for every review.
  • 04
    Issuer coverage

    Market makers and liquidity providers

    The growth problem
Mandates are won early, around a listing, and the window is short.
    What Capitalyst does
Watches IPO and new-listing calendars and registration filings, so your team reaches issuers and their advisers while the decision is still open.
  • 05
    Listings and members

    Exchanges and trading venues

    The growth problem
Winning listings and members means reaching founders, CFOs and intermediaries across several jurisdictions.
    What Capitalyst does
Builds pipelines of candidate issuers and licensed firms from public registers, with outreach written for each market’s language and rules.
  • 06
    B2B sales

    Fintech and regtech vendors

    The growth problem
Your buyers are regulated firms with long procurement cycles and no tolerance for loose claims.
    What Capitalyst does
Targets firms by licence type from BrokerCheck, Form ADV and regulator registers, and keeps every claim about your product inside approved wording.
  • 07
    Agency growth

    IR and financial-PR agencies

    The growth problem
New clients appear the day they file, and your own pitch has to be as careful as the work you do for them.
    What Capitalyst does
Flags new registration statements and 8-K events as reasons to call, runs one workspace per client, and keeps client and agency approvals apart.
  • 08
    Cross-border

Public-market platforms and cross-border capital firms

    The growth problem
Connecting international capital with US-listed issuers means earning credibility in several markets at once, under several rulebooks.
    What Capitalyst does
Maps listed companies and capital sources across the US, the Gulf and Asia, and drafts outreach that respects each market’s promotion rules before anyone approves it.
The growth system, applied to markets

From a trained brain to a measured mandate.

The connected lifecycle iQmindset runs for every business, configured for capital markets. Nothing leaves without approval, and every result teaches the brain what to do next.

  1. 01

    Business brain

Trained on your segment’s offers, your firm’s facts and your compliance rules, so everything it writes starts from what you are allowed to say.

  2. 02

    Lead intelligence

Counterparties found in public filings, exchange calendars and regulator registers, each with the signal that makes now the right time.

  3. 03

    Outreach

Sequences written for each segment — issuers, advisers, allocators, members — in your approved voice and each market’s rules.

  4. 04

    Content and approvals

Investor updates, posts and ads drafted for you, held in a queue until your approver signs them off.

  5. 05

    Analytics

Which sources, sequences and messages led to meetings and mandates, fed back so the brain does more of what worked.

Lawful lead intelligence

Signals firms publish. Never anything they should not.

Capitalyst AI reads what issuers, advisers and intermediaries are required to make public, and turns it into a reason to talk.

  • Public filings and public registers only: what firms and regulators publish.
  • No material non-public information, ever, and quiet periods respected in what gets drafted.
  • Every lead keeps its source, so anyone can see why it was suggested.

Compliance-first by design

Every word waits for the person who signs it off.

Regulated communication is the job, not an obstacle to it. Capitalyst is built so the compliant path is the only path.

Blocked phraseHeld for your approver

Drafted by Capitalyst AI · approver assigned · nothing sent

  • 01

    Approvals before anything leaves

Members’ posts and ads wait in a queue for your firm’s approver. Nothing is published around it.

  • 02

    Blocked phrases

Your firm lists the claims it never makes — “guaranteed returns” is the obvious one — and drafts that contain them are stopped.

  • 03

An audit trail on every action

Who drafted it, who approved it, what changed and when, recorded with the action itself.

  • 04

    Never advice

Capitalyst AI writes about your firm and its services. It does not give investment advice, recommend securities or predict prices.

How a firm starts

Two addresses. Your firm in control of both.

Your administrators set the rules once in Company HQ. Everyone else signs up and works inside them.

  1. 01

    Your admins open Company HQ

Set the segments you serve, the rulebook you follow, who approves, and which phrases are blocked.

  2. 02

    Your people sign up

Advisers, IR leads and sales teams create their accounts on Capitalyst and join your firm.

  3. 03

    Capitalyst AI goes to work

It finds counterparties in public sources, drafts sequences for each segment and queues every post and ad for approval.

Straight answers

What compliance and growth teams ask first.

01

Is Capitalyst a different product from iQmindset?

It is the financial-markets edition of iQmindset: the same growth system, with its own sign-in at capitalyst.iqmindset.com, its own Company HQ at admin.capitalyst.iqmindset.com, and a business brain trained for capital markets.

02

Does Capitalyst AI give investment advice?

No. It writes about your firm, your services and your public record. It does not recommend securities, give investment advice or predict prices, and your firm can block any phrase it never wants to see.

03

Where do the leads come from?

Public and lawful sources: SEC EDGAR filings such as S-1, F-1, 8-K, Form D, 13F and Form ADV, FINRA BrokerCheck, exchange IPO and new-listing calendars, and the public registers regulators keep. Nothing private, and nothing material and non-public.

04

Can anything go out without our approval?

Members’ posts and ads wait for your approver. Drafts containing a blocked phrase are stopped, and every action is recorded with who drafted it and who approved it.

05

Which markets does it cover?

The United States, the United Arab Emirates (SCA onshore, the DIFC under the DFSA and ADGM under the FSRA), the United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong and India.

06

Is it only for large institutions?

No. A two-person IR boutique and a multi-desk broker-dealer run the same system. What changes is how many people, segments and approvers are set up in Company HQ.
